Explosion of barrels of alcohol:
Everybody was having dinner when suddenly, the captain went up to the deck, to see why those sounds were so rare. On entering the cellar he saw his wife that she was firing a thread gage that was one of the barrels of wiski. Suddenly the boat exploded with everyone inside.
